Volunteer
The Literacy Coalition is a volunteer driven agency. We are only as good as our volunteers so we need YOUR help! There are many ways you can volunteer!
Tutoring
Tutoring is always a great way to change lives in our community. Become a volunteer tutor and you may not only change the life of your student but it may change yours as well. Just listen to Penny Irwin in the short video above.
Volunteer for one of our committees.
All of our events need volunteers to help us raise awareness and money in the community. We can always use volunteers to serve on event as well as board committees. Contact us and we can tell you what we need.
Board Members
Occasionally we have openings on the Literacy Coalition's Board of Directors. If you think you might be interested let us know so you can be considered.
Organize an Event
Organize an event to promote the Literacy Coalition or raise funds for our agency. We would ask that you talk to us first to help us support you and be sure it doesn't violate any of our fund raising restrictions. Call us up and lets discuss your ideas!
